I started Fjord Audio in August 2016 as an outlet for my interests in design and technology. I wanted to bring the same attention to detail and creativity that I admire in companies like Best Made Company, Postlight, and Field Notes to the recording equipment industry.

After a year of meticulous development, I launched our first product, a line of cotton-covered microphone cables called Fjord XLR, on Kickstarter in October 2017. Today, I'm focused on reaching more people with Fjord XLR and on developing new products.
